Job Description

The Registered Care Manager will be responsible for providing strong leadership and management to support excellence in the operational day-to-day activities of the service. This includes promoting trust, cooperation, and high performance among staff, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative standards, and maintaining our 'Outstanding' service delivery for clients.

Key responsibilities include continuous improvement of service delivery, adherence to quality assurance systems and company policies, effective management of incidents and complaints, and driving business growth through excellent commercial awareness. The manager will be supported by Directors for strategic guidance and is expected to drive forward the company's growth, innovation, and ambitions.

The role also involves acting as an ambassador for our brand, recruiting high-quality care professionals aligned with our culture and ethos, ensuring comprehensive training, maintaining care schedules, and participating in 'on call' services when required.

Minimum requirements include at least 2 years of management experience, preferably in domiciliary care, a good understanding of current legal responsibilities including the Care Act 2014 and CQC standards, NVQ/QCF Level 5 or higher, and strong organizational and IT skills.
