Job summary

An established care business based in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to oversee the care of up to 45 residents aged 65 and over. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that residents' needs are met, managing staff recruitment, and maintaining compliance with CQC regulations. A minimum of five years of management experience in a residential care setting and a Level 5 qualification in Leadership Management or RMA (or working towards it) are required.

My client an established care business based in Birmingham is seeking a Registered Care Manager.

My client whose home is situated in Birmingham, is an established care business with over 50 years' experience of delivering exceptional residential care.

As Registered Care Manager, providing care to of upto 45 residents over the age of 65 you will:

• Ensure that the emotional, physical, medical and material needs are recognised and met of the residents
• Oversee the personalised Care Plans for residents specify needs and that team meets this assessed need
• Maintain an excellent understanding of the care standards along with CQC regulations
• Lead with the recruitment and selection of staff
• Draw up and implement staff rotas
• Monitor and lead with all complaints in a professional manner
• Have ownership around deadlines being met in relation to timesheets and payroll
• Be accountable for Person-Centred Risk Assessments to be carried out with all residents

The most successful Registered Care Manager manager for this home based in Birmingham will have:

• A minimum of five years management experience within a residential care setting
• Level 5 in Leadership Management or RMA (or working towards)
• Demonstrate strong management/supervisory level experience within the care sector
