Home Manager – Luxury Care Home

Salary: £70,000 per annum + Bonus

Purosearch are seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a luxury, state-of-the-art care home. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation dedicated to exceptional care, premium facilities, and supporting the wellbeing of every resident.

As Home Manager, you will:

  • Deliver person-centred care for residents, including those living with dementia
About You

We’re looking for a passionate, driven leader with:

  • Previous Home Manager experience
  • Proven record of achieving Good CQC ratings
  • NVQ Level 5 (or working towards it)
  • Strong communication, organisational and people-management skills
  • Experience in person-centred care planning & dementia care
