A leading facilities management company is looking for a Regional Workplace Manager to oversee soft service delivery across the East of England. Responsibilities include managing cleaning teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and driving performance through business improvement plans. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in multi-site contracts and excellent communication skills. A full UK driving licence is required.
The purpose of this role is to lead the soft service delivery supporting the Compliance Manager on the Department for Transport (DfT) facilities management contract within their geographical area of responsibility (Peterborough, Ipswich, Norwich, Southend on Sea, Cambridge & Colchester area). The role is responsible for supporting all areas of soft service delivery to all affected properties within the defined geographical area (East of England). The role will provide operational leadership and direction to ensure compliance with service delivery obligations, support the Compliance Manager in management of the P&L, SLA's and KPI performance measurement. The Regional Workplace Manager will provide leadership to all staff and key supply partners, inspiring performance excellence across all levels and in all soft service delivery areas, working within the agreed commercial model and budgets and to drive innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement in delivering a best-in-class soft service provision. The Regional Workplace Manager will manage the cleaning teams and ensure appropriate levels of resources are deployed with succession and development plans in place whilst ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with all statutory requirements and corporate policies including, but not limited to, Health and Safety, Quality Assurance, Environment & Sustainability and Employment Legislation.
