A leading support services provider in Wales is seeking a Regional Technical Manager to oversee compliance with Legionella and Asbestos standards. This role involves providing regional leadership and technical guidance while ensuring robust control measures are in place. This is a strategic and influential position, where your technical expertise shapes how safety, compliance, and engineering standards are understood, implemented, and assured across the region.

You don’t need to be a subject matter expert in every discipline, but you do need a strong technical foundation, sound judgement, and the confidence to guide others.
You will hold or work towards (existing qualifications are highly desirable, but training can be provided): Responsible Person (Legionella); Responsible Person (Asbestos).
As part of the regional leadership team, you will help set the tone for safety, professionalism, and collaborative working.
You will work closely with operational teams, project managers, and technical specialists to ensure they have the clarity, competence, and confidence to deliver it effectively.
This is a high‑impact role for someone who enjoys being a trusted expert, takes pride in doing things the right way, and wants to help shape a culture of excellence across a complex estate.
You will also manage a small team who provide essential support to this role, helping embed consistent standards, strengthen governance, and reinforce a culture where people feel supported to deliver their best work.
