A well-established residential childcare provider is seeking a Regional Support Manager for children's residential care. This role focuses on providing support to Registered Managers across multiple homes from Leeds to Leicester. The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management and significant experience in a similar environment. The position offers a salary of £58,000 with a bonus potential and a hybrid working model.

Salary : 58000 bonus up to 10%

Service Users : YPs aged 5-17 with EBD LD SEMH Trauma Neglect
Qualifications Required : Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Children & Families) or equivalent
Experience in Years Required : Significant experience as a Registered Manager ideally in peripatetic or multi-home support roles
