The successful candidate will coach teams, work part-time with flexible options, and help shape transition programmes for students. An essential Level 7 qualification is desirable. We are seeking an adaptable SENDCO ideally with experience in both primary and secondary settings. A Level 7 Exam Access Arrangements testing qualification is highly desirable for supporting our secondary schools in particular, though strong primary specialists are also encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will also play a key role in shaping and developing our transition programmes both at key phase transfer points and for in‑year admissions, ensuring that every pupil experiences a smooth well‑supported journey into and through our schools. We are open to considering part‑time / job shares.
