Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic salary DOE (1% uncapped commission, OTE £50,000–£60,000). Benefits: 25 days holiday, fully expensed company vehicle (including private use), pension scheme, private medical insurance.

Job Summary

An ambitious and results-driven Regional Sales Manager is required to manage and grow relationships with dealers, distributors, and farming customers across Northern Ireland. The role involves promoting a high-quality range of livestock and dairy equipment, providing sales and technical support, and developing new business opportunities within the agricultural sector. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support existing dealers and customers across Northern Ireland.
  • Build strong relationships to drive engagement, sales performance, and long-term loyalty.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the livestock and dairy farming industry.
  • Provide product demonstrations, technical guidance, and sales support to customers and partners.
  • Conduct regular farm and dealer visits to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor market activity and competitor trends, providing valuable feedback to management.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs in line with company objectives.
  • Represent the brand at agricultural events, exhibitions, and trade shows across the region.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in field sales, account management, or dealer relationship roles.
  • Experience or background in dairy farming, agricultural equipment, or engineering-related products is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently across a regional territory.
  • Full UK driving licence.
Package
  • Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic salary DOE.
  • Commission: 1% uncapped commission on all sales (OTE £50,000–£60,000).
