A leading technology firm is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for IoT Modules to drive sales and growth in the assigned territory. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of sales experience in telecommunications or technology and proven sales success. This position offers a salary range of $130,000 - $160,000 plus commission with extensive travel around the region.

Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager, IoT Modules, shall be responsible for driving sales and growth within the assigned territory by identifying, qualifying, and closing business opportunities, and ensuring that the region meets or exceed sales targets. The RSM is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies with accounts and across the region, and for building strong customer relationships. The primary focus of this role is on the modules portfolio with Semtech’s IoT Systems and Connectivity business unit. The RSM shall be responsible for all of the IoT modules business within the assigned region, which may be transacted directly with end customers, or indirectly via distribution partners.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 plus sales commission. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base salary, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee’s total compensation package.
