About the Role & Team

The Regional Sales Manager function will be a pivotal role ensuring our customers receive a world class end-to-end customer journey. To lead, manage, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional operational excellence. This role will be responsible for implementing innovative and considered sales strategies ensuring sales targets are exceeded, value is driven through a skilled and highly trained sales team and collaboration with marketing to deliver targeted marketing campaigns and sales tools.

Key Responsibilities

The position oversees the planning and execution of sales, customer service, and operational processes to achieve strategic goals, including maintaining updated records, ensuring compliance, and driving customer satisfaction metrics such as NPS scores. Additionally, it requires active participation in progression meetings, quality control initiatives, and the development of innovative solutions to meet customer and business needs.
