About the role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager – EMEA to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to existing customers while actively promoting AerFin’s products. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, expanding existing accounts, and strengthening customer relationships. Leading a team of Sales Executives and Administrator, you will provide guidance, mentorship, and operational support to ensure outstanding team performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow AerFin’s customer base and revenue across the EMEA region.
  • Manage and develop key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and support your sales team to maximise commercial performance.
  • Trade AerFin inventory through sales, exchanges, and loans; prepare accurate and competitive quotes.
  • Source components when required, verifying price, condition, and traceability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer purchasing behaviour.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams on Fair Market Value and report feedback to the supply chain leads.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and produce push lists for remarketing.
  • Ensure full compliance with Export Control regulations.
  • Work closely with the VP & OpCo to strengthen AerFin’s regional market presence.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven sales and customer service experience, ideally within aviation MRO, aftermarket, or OEM sales.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Existing customer relationships within the region is beneficial
  • Experience with aviation component trading and account managementis an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Quantum Inventory System is a plus
