Location: Melton, Woodbridge

Salary: up to £36,000 + OTE + Car Allowance

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to come on board and join our team based in Melton, Woodbridge. The Regional Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and managing the regional pipeline for X‑on Health’s comprehensive product suite. Our product suite is continually evolving and you will be able to sell additional solutions to form part of your full product portfolio.

Key Tasks:
  • Responsible for working with other sales team members to encourage referrals by wider PCNs for example, coordinate strategy with Customer Relationship Managers and where needed, with the Sales Support Executives to support all administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager as required to effectively handle any management concerns within the respective regional teams.
  • Maximise sales within your defined territory. This includes leveraging all available resources and proactively identifying areas that require additional support to meet sales targets. Your expertise and strategic approach will play a crucial role in driving success and exceeding goals.
  • Track and manage all opportunities and provide a forecast of expected sales on a monthly basis.
  • Direct, plan and manage the relationship with active accounts.
  • Work with the Regional Manager to reach new business key focus products and agreed monthly/quarterly targets set.
  • Provide regular reports on activities undertaken as agreed with your Regional Manager and record all customer communication on the company’s CRM System (HubSpot).
  • Comply with the company’s Health & Safety, Data Protection, Information Security, PCI & DSP policies and procedures.
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous B2B sales experience is essential in either the Health Sector or the telephony/technology environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong presentation skills and ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships.
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
  • Ability to identify and address client pain points with innovative solutions.
  • Proactive and driven to achieve sales targets and continuously improve.
  • Passion for technology and healthcare, with a willingness to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Ability to adjust strategies and approaches based on client feedback and market changes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and a car owner (note a car allowance will be provided as part of the remuneration package).
