A global technology company is seeking a Regional Product Manager to drive the growth of products across international markets. The role focuses on product strategy execution, market analysis, and collaboration across functions to meet key performance indicators. A Regional Product Manager is responsible for growth of a collection of products during their lifecycle across multiple international markets. This strategic role combines market analysis, VOC, product development, and cross‑functional collaboration/stakeholder management to drive product success on a global scale. This role is based in EMEA but supports all markets. They will support VAP (Value Added Products – Swindon and Backshells – Hastings). This person will be a key member of the team, with aspirations for the future of being a product leader. Product Manager must ensure that their product lines meet or exceed all the key performance indicators established during the annual strategic and operating planning processes. They will work across functions to manage all aspects of the product life cycle from strategic planning to day‑to‑day tactical activities, with an emphasis on supporting the tactical activities associated with running a product line.
