Qualifications

• 8 years of progressive HR experience including generalist or site HR leadership roles in Europe.
• Strong working knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in the UK, France, Germany, Spain and Italy.
• Experience with HRIS systems and handling employee data.

Responsibilities

• Act as the regional People Business Partner for European countries.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment practices.
• Lead or support People processes such as onboarding and absence management.
