Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor looking for a fresh opportunity with a leading house builder in the Southwest Midlands?

I am working with a developer seeking a dynamic Regional New Homes Sales Consultant to guide buyers through the entire purchase process—from initial enquiry to final handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective homebuyers, providing expert advice on a wide range of new build properties across multiple developments in the South West Midlands.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual viewings, highlighting the quality, energy efficiency, and lifestyle benefits of each new home.
  • Manage the full sales process, from first enquiry to legal completion, ensuring exceptional customer service at every stage.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current pricing, incentives, Help to Buy/First Homes schemes, and available offers to support informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven track record in new homes sales or estate agency (essential).
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites across the South West Midlands.
  • Flexibility to work weekends (Thursday to Monday working pattern).
