Sinclair is looking for a Regional Legal Director, for rest of the world (RoW) to provide global legal support across Europe, Middle East and the United States during a period of organizational transition. This role will cover corporate, commercial, regulatory, and compliance advisory with a focus on the medical aesthetics industry . The Counsel will partner closely with business leaders to safeguard compliance, manage risk, and support strategic initiatives in line with global governance standards.

As Regional Legal Director RoW, you are the primary legal counsel responsible for providing strategic legal counsel guidance to the Regional Vice Presidents and their team. This role will report to the Chief Legal Officer. You will manage all legal matters arising within those regions and work collaboratively with colleagues in Legal and Compliance for matters which extend beyond your region and have global impact, or which require the assistance of subject matter experts. You will partner with the business and other corporate function business partners in delivering practical, strategic guidance for the business.
