Job summary

A growing hospitality group is looking for an experienced IT Engineer for a 3–6 month contract in Watford, with a strong likelihood of a permanent position. In this hands-on role, you will provide technical support across multiple hotel sites, maintaining IT hardware and software, and assisting with hospitality systems. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of IT support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and is comfortable working independently across sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in IT support or technical engineering.
• Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Practical experience with Ethernet/fibre patching and telecoms wiring.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain IT hardware and software across hotel properties.
• Handle second-line support for end users and resolve issues quickly.
• Provide support for hotel systems including PMS and WiFi.
