Your main duties will include:
This role will provide housing management advice and support to people at Dimensions properties, either where care and support is provided by another support provider or by Dimensions staff directly. The postholder will also be responsible for housing management in properties where Dimensions is managing agent for another Registered Provider or Charity. The postholder will be responsible for monitoring the housing management responsibilities of the support provider in accordance with the management agreement or service level agreement. The areas of responsibility will be Sheffield, South Cumbria, Lincoln, East Yorkshire, Derby and Stock on Trent. The successful candidate will need to live in one of these locations.
