This essential role involves developing safety strategies, guiding cultural changes, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess a NEBOSH Diploma and have a strong history in safety leadership within high-risk environments. This position offers a salary of £75,000 to £85,000 plus benefits including a car allowance and performance bonuses.

Seeking a Group / Regional/ Multisite Health and Safety (H&S) Manager to support a large cluster of high‑risk facilities in the North of Scotland on behalf of an impressive and diverse production company, who has global reach.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the business going through a period of transformation, growth and enhancement. A permanent position, which will include site standardisation across the group as well as having exposure to a wide variety of projects. For example, site expansions, technology improvements and leading HS&E on large scale CAPEX projects, liaising with other departments like Engineering and Production. As well as leading cultural change and taking them on a collective maturity journey.
Internally the right culture fit is crucial for this organisation, seeking a confident candidate who is credible, empowering, positive and engaging to drive H&S forward and ensure that the organisation is fit for the future. This is an essential role for the business and will have direct impact on the sites. The successful individual will sit on the leadership team and be very well supported by the H&S Director, Site Director, wider H&S team and Operations. They will be the subject matter expert for Health and Safety and a visible and approachable leader across the multiple facilities across the region, directly influencing the direction of Safety.
