Are you a passionate and supportive Operations Manager or Regional Head of Operations within the commercial contract catering sector who has a passion for providing a 5* service to all of your clients, whilst also increasing sales and looking after the bottom line? If so, then I want to hear from you.

I am currently recruiting a Regional Head of Operations for a fantastic company with a fantastic reputation when it comes to managing event venues and day visitor attractions. This is no ordinary patch of business – I am looking for a creative and commercially minded individual to look after 7 very different venues, with a combined annual turnover of £12m+

The ideal Regional Head of Operations will have the following knowledge/ experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management role, running commercial contracts
  • A strong commercial background across Event Venues, Day Visitor Catering or Stadia
  • Managed a patch of business with a combined turnover of £8m+
  • Strong knowledge of both hospitality and retail operations
  • Exceptional client relationships, with an ability to push back and challenge when needed, whilst still maintaining a strong and effective partnership
