Pay Rate: £40,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience

Shift patterns: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00

What you''ll do

• To ensure or regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures, and industry standards are adhered to across both Operating centre areas of responsibility
• To develop, implement and manage compliance programs, conduct audits, and monitoring training to insure the company operates withing legal and ethical frameworks
• To maintain records of fleet and compliance activities and ensure completion and retention of the required documentation.
• To manage and steer the the defect and VOR reporting processes, and ownership for the tracking of Company assets.
• To identify potential compliance risk and develop mitigation strategies
