The Role

As Regional EYFSLead for the(South), you willchampion quality, excellence, and compliance acrossRAFAKidzsettings within a designated region, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and outcomes for children. Reporting to the Executive Director ofRAFAKidz, you willplaya pivotal role in embedding theRAFAKidzcurriculum, supporting staff development, andmaintaininga culture of continuous improvement.

This is astrategic leadershiprole requiring astrong understanding of regulatory frameworks and the inspection process, a passion for early years education, and a hands-on approach. You will:

  • Drive quality, excellence, and regulatory compliance across all settings in the region.

  • Support settings to deliver theRAFAKidzcurriculum consistently and effectively.

  • Oversee the regional training and development programme including compliance with theRAFAKidzmandatory training programme.

  • Monitor the provision of resources, equipment, and continuous provision across settings.

  • Act as the regional point of contact for theRAFAKidzapprenticeship scheme partner.

About You

We arelooking for a confident,knowledgeableand experienced multi-site leader with a proven record of success in the following areas;

  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and inspection processes.

  • Experience of working in partnership with external bodies or agencies, to achieve positive outcomes for Children and Young People

  • Knowledge of the regulatory and inspection requirements for childcare and early yearsprovision across England and the devolved nations

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence the actions of others and communicate information which may be complex and contentious

  • Ability to analyse complex information and produce reports including statistical analysis for presentation at all levels andmonitorprogramme delivery againstobjectivesand targets.
