Job Summary

Sales is evolving, and Saint‑Gobain North America is leading the way. Today is an exciting time to be in Sales. At Saint‑Gobain North America, we are asking the questions that will ultimately bring our sales teams to the next level: Solution‑Selling. Whether you’re launching your career or pivoting into Sales, our 18‑month Regional Essentials of Sales (EOS) program empowers individuals to step into the future of the industry. Through our advanced development program, you won’t just witness the change, you’ll help drive it. Each challenge you’re given, each insight that’s shared, each lesson you’ll learn over our 18‑month program—all of it will help shape you into a sales leader of tomorrow.

We’ll do this by:

  • Preparing you for a dynamic career in sales at a pivotal moment in the evolving marketplace
  • Teaching you to apply proven sales strategies and data‑driven insights to real‑world customer engagements
  • Inspiring you to make an impact by driving growth, building lasting client relationships, and elevating your organization to the next level

Program Summary:

Our 18‑month sales development program provides participants with a full‑time remote sales role, designed to build strong selling skills and deepen knowledge of Saint‑Gobain North America while working within an assigned territory. The time split between territory assignment and EOS program activities is 80:20, respectively. Throughout the program, participants will primarily focus on territory‑based sales activities, complemented by structured development initiatives. To enhance learning and networking, the program includes potential travel events that offer an opportunity to connect with peers and leaders in person. Development activities will include virtual/in‑person classroom‑based training, interactive e‑learning modules, and action‑based learning experiences designed to accelerate your growth and prepare you for future success in sales. These trainings and potential travel opportunities are required for program completion, and full participation is expected, except in extenuating circumstances. While start dates for EOS program participants may vary, program activities kick off each year in January and end 18 months later in June of the following year. Upon completion, participants will work with our dedicated Human Resources team to explore career opportunities within our sales organization. While a specific placement is not guaranteed, most graduates of our Essentials Programs successfully transition into roles across our network.
