The Role: Regional Commercial Manager

Location: Hertfordshire

Sector: Construction and Maintenance

With over 20 years behind them, they are in a very strong position and we are looking for a driven and experienced Regional Commercial Manager to take charge of all commercial operations in Hertfordshire.

What you will do:

  • You’ll ensure every project delivers profitably, sustainably, and in line with national strategy
  • Drive growth. Lead teams. Shape strategy.
  • Oversee all commercial aspects of regional project delivery
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team
  • Prepare and present reports, analyses, and recommendations
  • Ensure robust budgetary control and risk management across contracts
  • Drive cash collection, invoicing, and financial performance
  • Build strong client relationships and unlock new business opportunities
  • Oversee bids, quotations, and commercial risk for major projects
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and company best practices
