Job description

This Regional Commercial Manager opportunity exists with this independently owned Civil Engineering and Major Earthworks contractor with an excellent reputation and strong order book across the South East region. Joining the Commercial Team and working closely with the Senior Commercial Manager you will have oversight on 2-3 projects simultaneously predominantly major sub contract packages ranging between £5 to £20M.

Responsibilities

• Leading the commercial function for the South East Regional Earthworks division.
• Oversee commercial performance for all projects, ensuring effective contract management.
• Mitigate commercial and contractual risks throughout project lifecycle.
• Report to business leadership on financial outcomes, projections, and variances.
• Work closely with the Senior Regional Commercial Manager on schemes across the country.
