Overview

We're seeking highly skilled Refrigeration Service Engineers across the South West with proven ammonia refrigeration experience to join one of the UK's leading refrigeration specialists.

This is a chance to become part of a business that's expanding rapidly across food production, brewing, and dairy and they're building a close-knit team of experts who want to grow together long-term.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, repair, and commissioning of commercial & industrial refrigeration systems.
• Hands-on with ammonia plant (compressors, condensers, chillers, etc.).
• Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical faults (PLC training provided if required).
• Work across a variety of sites including food production plants, healthcare, and manufacturing.
• Provide accurate service reports and maintain strong client communication.

What We're Looking for

• Experienced Refrigeration Engineer (industrial/commercial background).
• Ammonia refrigeration expertise is essential.
• Solid fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• CO₂/hydrocarbons knowledge an advantage (not essential).
• Full UK driving licence.
