Youll be supporting learners on theirLevel 3 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning apprenticeship, helping them achieve their full potential, while working out in the field and delivering training onsite in Manchester.

What Youll Do

• Deliver high-quality coaching and training sessions onsite in Manchester for refrigeration and air conditioning apprentices.
• Travel and meet apprentices in their workplace and carry out coaching sessions.
• Support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey, ensuring they meet milestones and achieve their qualifications.
• Manage your own caseload of learners, ensuring timely progress and they meet deadlines.
• Take responsibility for planning and managing your own diary effectively.
