Job summary

A specialized support service provider is looking for an experienced professional to manage referral processes and strengthen relationships with Local Authorities. This part-time role (3 days a week) is key to building high-quality referral pathways for young people in need. Ideal candidates should have direct Children's Services experience and a background in social services. This is a pilot role with potential for extension based on performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in social services, child welfare or related field.
• Proven experience working with Children's Services.
• Confident communicator able to engage with social workers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end referral processes.
• Build and sustain relationships with Local Authority Children's Services.
• Provide weekly updates on activity, referrals, and progress.
