People Lead – Hillingdon Hospital Redevelopment Programme

Reporting into the Chief People Officer, the People Lead will manage the People Workstream and drive workforce strategy across the new hospital.

Purpose

• Deliver key activities for the People Workstream
• Ensure efficient skill mix and resource allocation for the new hospital
• Optimise workflow efficiency and clarify roles and responsibilities
• Drive effective collaboration and decision‑making
• Align workforce strategy with other enabling strategies within the redevelopment programme

Main Duties

• Develop the workforce strategy
• Carry out workforce modelling
• Design the future organisation – Target Operating Model, structures & roles, and ways of working
• Manage change and ensure workforce readiness
• Attract, recruit and develop the project team
• Develop and deliver the social value strategy
