Recycling Operative – Harefield Recycling Centre

We are looking for a Recycling Operative to work in the Harefield Recycling Centre. You will be working outside in all weathers, face to face with the general public, assisting with directing around the site, relocation of heavy items including (but not limited to) fridges, freezers, washing machines etc. Definitely not a job for the faint hearted.

• Work outside in all weather conditions.
• Assist the public with site guidance.
• Relocate heavy items such as fridges, freezersperl washing machines.
• Remain on your feet at all times during apron or work-area duties.
• Do not use mobile devices in the working area.
• All areas of the site are subject to video recording with sound.
• Be willing and able to attend a rolling 3‑week rota, including weekends.

Pay rate starts at £12.83 per hour for the first 12 weeks and then increases to ARISING £15.03.
