What you'll be doing:

• Sourcing and headhunting candidates via LinkedIn, job boards & creative search methods
• Attending industry events
• Speaking to candidates and building strong relationships
• Learning how to match people with the right opportunities
• Managing candidate pipelines and supporting live roles
• Developing real recruitment skills with clear progression opportunities
• Supporting multi-divisions - Tech, Energy, Professional Services, Sales & Marketing

What we're looking for:

• Confident communicator (phone, email, LinkedIn)
• Resilient, proactive, and not afraid of a challenge
• Organised with great attention to detail
• Experience in recruitment is a bonus, not a must
