The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Accountancy & Finance recruiter to take ownership of our Part-Qualified Permanent function in London. This is a warm desk with an established client base and strong candidate pipeline—offering an excellent opportunity to build and expand your business with autonomy and support.

Responsibilities

Develop new business within the Commerce & Industry market while strengthening relationships with existing clients. Book and attend client meetings to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Achieve sales and revenue targets in line with agreed goals. Negotiate terms and fees to create long-term, profitable partnerships. Become an expert in the Part-Qualified finance sector. Build a strong talent network of high-calibre candidates. Manage the full recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to offer management and post-placement care. Support internal hiring, training, and mentoring as the team grows.
