Overview

Are you an experienced 360-degree Temporary Recruitment Consultant who is based within commuting distance of the outskirts of Southampton?

Responsibilities
  • Deliver recruitment solutions and work with colleagues to deliver account management services solutions.
  • Build and develop relationships with clients and candidates alike.
  • Actively chase new business opportunities across Hampshire, Sussex and possibly Dorset.
  • Support and drive candidate resourcing solutions.

Ideal Candidate Credentials

  • Proven track record within recruitment (ideally in the temporary recruitment sector).
  • Strong business acumen coupled with being a self-starter who is solution-focused and can lead and support other members of the team.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and networking skills.

Hours & Location

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm. There is no evening or weekend work, but you would be expected to attend the Ipswich office during the week.
