What You’ll Be Doing?

  • Proactive Candidate Sourcing – Leverage job boards, referrals, and headhunting techniques via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. Actively source candidates through advertising, social media, and referrals. Register and interview candidates, conduct thorough background checks, and match them with suitable job opportunities. Ensure timely and effective promotion of candidates for interviews to fill vacancies promptly.
  • Strategic Relationship Building – Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and expert advice. Network extensively to build a robust client base and drive sales, ensuring a steady stream of business opportunities.
