A leading charity organization in London seeks a recruiter to support vulnerable clients with mental health and physical needs. The role involves co-producing action plans, building networks with local employers, and working in community settings. Ideal candidates should have at least 12 months of recruitment experience. The charity is expanding their current programmes across London, so seeking multiple hires. The role is supporting vulnerable clients with mental health, or physical support needs back into work. You will be trained In the IPS Employment Support model and become a careers specialist.

The charity has multiple roles across: Brent, Barnet, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hillingdon & Harrow, Hounslow, Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Islington, Camden, Haringey. You’ll be based in one borough.

Assessment day details: Shepherd’s Bush, 8 October (one stage – short presentation, interview, scenario exercise). 3 hours total. Morning or afternoon sessions available.
