We’re building a high-performance team and looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who can deliver results, build relationships, and grow a desk in a high-demand technical market.
This is a 360 Recruitment Consultant position where you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from winning roles and developing client accounts, through to sourcing, interviewing, placing and managing candidates.
You’ll have autonomy, clear targets, and the support of a specialist brand with strong market credibility.
Build and develop relationships with existing and new clients across aviation engineering
Provide market insight, salary / contract rate guidance and hiring strategy support
Negotiate terms, fees, exclusivity and service agreements
Deliver consistent communication and high-quality recruitment service
Source skilled aviation engineering professionals through LinkedIn, referrals, networks and database
Run structured candidate screening calls and assess technical suitability
Create strong shortlists quickly and manage pipelines efficiently
Lead candidates through interviews, feedback, offers and onboarding
Manage the full process : sourcing → shortlist → interviews → offer → placement → aftercare
Maintain accurate documentation and workflow in CRM / ATS
Ensure compliance and best practice in candidate / client management
Consistently hit performance / activity targets and revenue expectations
Identify new opportunities and develop a niche within aviation engineering
Build a long-term network of candidates and decision makers
Support the growth of Volantes through strong delivery and reputation
Contribute ideas, improve processes, and help raise team performance
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (360 preferred)
Track record of billing / delivery / performance against targets
Strong sales ability, client management and negotiation skills
Confident on the phone, professional and commercially sharp
Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple roles at once
Experience in aviation, aerospace, engineering, technical or contract recruitment
Experience recruiting across the Middle East / Europe markets
Strong LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting ability
Knowledge of contract hiring models (day rates, mobilisation, compliance etc.)
