CAMHS (NDP/ADHD Assessment)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a specialist team focusing on CAMHS, with a particular emphasis on NDP and ADHD assessment services.

This role offers the chance to work within a fast-growing area of healthcare recruitment, partnering with NHS Trusts, Local Authorities, and private providers delivering vital assessment and support services to children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients in CAMHS and NDP/ADHD services.
  • Source, screen, and place clinicians and specialist practitioners in assessment and support roles.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage existing client accounts.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure compliance and service quality.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within healthcare, mental health, or education recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of CAMHS or neurodevelopmental services
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship management skills.
