What You’ll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted partner to services needing ongoing agency cover. Your role will include :

• Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Recruitment : Source, vet and match candidates for temp and perm roles (including supporting our internal Agency Support Worker team).
• Coordination : Manage schedules, bookings and placements to ensure smooth staffing delivery.
• Business Development : Engage proactively with potential new services and candidates to grow our reach.
