- Candidate Care: Act as a point of contact for recruitment queries, providing timely and friendly updates to applicants.
Qualifications
- Recruitment Experience: Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment is essential, ideally inhouse with a similar company. You should also have experience recruiting into head office roles and it would be desirable if the successful candidate has recruited into field based roles.
- Organisational Skills: The ability to juggle multiple tasks is essential.
- Tech Literacy: Comfortable using Microsoft Teams, Excel and recruitment software (ATS). Ideally TeamTailor. Experience in automation of processes and the introduction and use of AI would be desirable.
