Key Responsibilities
  • Place all levels of support staff into legal firms (admin, secretarial, finance, HR, etc.).
  • Identify and source top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to understand candidates' skills, experience, and career aspirations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms, legal departments, and candidates to ensure successful placements.
  • Provide personalised career guidance and advice to candidates, helping them navigate the legal job market.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture, ensuring the right match between candidate and organisation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and legal developments to better serve both clients and candidates.
