Job description

TSA Surveying are a rapidly expanding Recruitment business who specialise in the Built Environment and specifically in Building Surveying.

Due to consistent growth in a very buoyant market, our Housing Division is recruiting for a Consultant or Trainee Consultant to support the demand from our longstanding and loyal client base and to assist in developing this client base further.

Our clients specialise in capturing information relating to asset management and energy to support the long term planning of investment and spending on their housing portfolios. Specifically, we identify, interview, engage and place Stock Condition Surveyors, Domestic Energy Assessors and Retrofit Assessors with specialist Building Consultants who provide services to local authorities and housing associations striving to meet Government Carbon Net Zero targets by 2050.

This job provides an opportunity to become a specialist in a niche and engaging sector. If you are a Trainee, you will be provided with full training, working on a 1 to 1 basis with one of our experienced Directors.
