A leading recruitment agency in Chester seeks a motivated recruiter to manage an industrial desk. Responsibilities include growing the desk, hitting financial targets, and building a strong candidate bank. Recruiter - Industrial division – located on Chester Business Park, the North West's largest business park. Chester Business Park offers convenient access off the A55 with secure, free onsite parking and landscaped surroundings.

As a recruiter you will be responsible for building new business for your desk and generating a strong bank of candidates. The successful candidate will train as a 360 recruiter and use initiative to develop solutions and make decisions when required.

Contracted to 42 hours per week
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am - 5.30pm and Friday 8am - 5pm
Holidays starting at 23 days plus Bank Holidays and Birthday off
