Join us as a skilled recruitment consultant, specialising in temporary placements of agency workers across a wide range of roles and sectors within a long-established high volume temporary recruitment desk.
Qualifications & Experience
- A strong track record in high volume temporary recruitment within public and private sectors.
- Demonstrated history of consistently meeting and exceeding recruitment targets in a competitive environment
- Experience in proactively managing and nurturing candidate pipelines
- 360 recruitment experience handling all aspects of Full cycle hiring
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong team working skills with a growth mindset
- Passion to succeed and be part of a fast-paced team of experienced recruiters
