What you'll be doing
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle from developing client relationships to placing candidates in roles.
  • Building and maintaining a strong candidate network across logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing.
  • Developing new business through outbound sales, networking, and service-led conversations.
  • Managing worker onboarding, compliance checks, and ongoing candidate care.
  • Working closely with clients to understand staffing forecasts and deliver high service levels.
  • Meeting KPIs and contributing to branch performance.
What we're looking for
  • A confident communicator with strong people skills.
  • Previous recruitment, sales or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential).
