Here at Enhance, we are looking to continue to grow and expand our award-winning team based in our Birmingham branch. We are looking for a recruitment consultant to join our team and help elevate us to the next level to manage a temporary worker desk.
This role would suit an experienced recruiter already managing a similar desk within the hospitality sector, ideally from a temporary catering background or a chef looking to get out of the kitchen. You will be expected to organise, manage and run a busy temps desk and uphold strong client and candidate relationships. The role will involve face to face client meetings on a regular basis with a sales approach to the role.
