We ave a fantastic new job opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator / Coordinator who has an eye for detail with excellent administration, organisational and communication skills, in addition to experience using an ATS / Applicant Tracking System.
Working as the Recruitment Administrator / Coordinator you will provide essential support to Hiring Managers within the business. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and Hiring Managers.
As the Recruitment Administrator / Coordinator your duties will include preparing accurate and engaging job specifications and managing applications through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You will also be responsible for shortlisting CVs, arranging interviews, and maintaining clear communication with candidates throughout the process. In addition, you will carry out a variety of recruitment administration tasks, such as updating records, preparing offer letters, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
This position is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-focused, and enjoys supporting end-to-end recruitment operations in a fast-paced environment.
