A recruitment agency is seeking a proactive Recruitment Administrator for a 3-month remote contract. You will coordinate recruitment activities, maintain candidate records, and support onboarding. Successful candidates will have experience in recruitment or HR, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail. We are seeking an organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our clients Careers Team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Internal Recruiter, you will provide essential administrative support across the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth, professional and compliant experience for candidates and stakeholders.
This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and experience supporting recruitment or HR teams.
The hours of work are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday with an immediate start
The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
