As part of the People Shared Services team, TA Operations creates a seamless and welcoming Roku experience from the first candidate touch point through the new hire journey. The team delivers on systems project management and services in Talent Coordination, On‑boarding, Talent Attraction and Talent Acquisition processes.
Roku is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who will act as an operational partner to the Talent Acquisition Teams to secure and welcome the best and brightest talent. This role will coordinate communications, perform interview logistics and oversee candidate paperwork and compliance related tasks. This role creates the optimal candidate experience across Roku, not just their individual requisitions. The ideal candidate possesses attention to detail and proactive communication skills to respond to recruiters, hiring managers and candidates. They possess expertise in systems thinking to determine root cause, solve problems quickly and bring forward solutions to partners across People Operations, Talent Acquisition and Workforce Compliance.
