Overview

As a Recruiter with German, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for German-speaking roles across various Capita projects. You will work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and HR teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, process improvement, and international collaboration.

This is a secondment/fixed term contract role for 1 year due to maternity cover.

Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering
  • Building and maintain candidate pipelines for German-speaking roles
  • Conducting phone interviews and assess candidate fit
  • Coordinating interviews, assessments, and language testing
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records in Workday
  • Providing timely and professional communication to all candidates
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and HR to align on hiring needs
  • Representing Capita at job fairs and networking events
What you need to succeed
  • Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2+)
  • Preferably previous experience in recruitment, customer service, sales in a multilingual environment
  • Experience with volume hiring and language-based recruitment - good to have but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g. Workday) - good to have but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities
  • Proactive, organised, and solution-oriented mindset
