We’re looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help us find exceptional people to grow our company across different countries and teams. This is a key role that directly impacts Ovogene’s success and future growth.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: from sourcing to onboarding support.
  • Fill diverse roles — from coordinators to senior management and specialized medical positions.
  • Use creative sourcing strategies: LinkedIn, niche communities, and non-traditional channels.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads and the HR team to understand business needs and hiring priorities.
  • Track recruitment metrics, analyze performance, and optimize processes.
  • Contribute to employer branding together with the HR and marketing teams.
We’ll be a great match if you:
  • Have 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
  • Are fluent in English — we work in a truly international environment.
  • Know how to manage different types of vacancies and adapt your approach.
  • Are proactive, self-driven, and excited about solving non-standard challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and create an excellent candidate experience.
